A friend of mine leaves Hong Kong due to a relocation and is looking for somebody to take over his old contract. This is a large furnished room in a 4-bedroom apartment on the 14th floor, other roommates are interns from Europe. The Location is right on Hennessy Road a few minutes away from Wan Chai MTR station and Causeway Bay with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops close by perfect for young professionals.

The building got elevators and a 24-hour security. The apartment has a comfortable common room with couch and flat screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Rent of 8,600 HKD per month includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and a weekly cleaning service. Moving in date is the beginning of April (landlord would be flexible with the exact dates).
