Strong Wi-Fi, plenty of daylight, lots of storage space under bed for multiple suitcases.

There is a small TV which is not shown in the photos, but you are welcome to set it up and use it, or I can get it ready for you before moving in.

Bills not included, but generally between $200-300 per month.

Minimum rental 6 months, but open to discussion for shorter term.

Can provide bedding and towels if needed.
