One bedroom available in a two bedroom flat conveniently located just minutes away from Tin Hau MTR station. 

The flat is bright and spacious, and mostly furnished. There is a single bed frame in the room, but no mattress.  Wardrobe provided. 

Living room and kitchen are furnished. It is a 5th floor walk up. With washing machine and a bathtub!  Rent is $7800 and we split utilities. 

I am a music teacher, but most of my lessons are in my studio, so I am a quiet flatmate. No need to sign a contract, but I will need one month’s rent plus one month deposit in advance of moving in. Flexible move date, earliest 11 Feb. Read less
