If you are looking for a quiet distract, in a convenient area this might be what you looking for.  My place is a 2 bed room with a big living room, big kitchen, and a not so big toilet.  I work in CWB, and its a 35min commute there, 30mins to SaiKung, 20mins to Mong Kok.

I have dogs, not one but 3 of them, likes to play and really loyal, so I hope you have no problem with dogs, they would warm your heart, but might take few days for them to get used to you.

It's a 6/F walk up, with gate, some expats living around too.  I love to cook, and from time to time I would invite friends over for dinner, your friends are welcome too. 
With Washing Machine, Oven for baking, Microwave Oven, all sort of cooking equipments.

I am a easy going person, love reading, teach scuba diving, have a regular job, great person to talk and really respect personal distance and space.  Who would sometime practice chinese/western calligraphy, I am always in front of my computer as I have my side community projects to work on.

Back to the Room, it can fits a queen size bed, a decent sized wardrobe and a table on the side.  A pretty big room for HK standard.  If you would like to have more picture,{Sensitive info hidden}@{Sensitive info hidden}, we can exchange contact from there.
